Hi, I’m Kim Hernandez. I’m a trauma-informed therapist licensed in Colorado (LPCC) and trained in EMDR therapy. I work with high performing adults in the Denver area who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck despite doing everything “right.”

After years in service roles, caregiving, and raising a family, I reached a turning point that led me to therapy and ultimately to this work. Today, I help clients understand long-standing patterns shaped by a hard past and create sustainable change that supports a calmer, more grounded life.
