I’m a trauma-informed therapist helping people who feel like they’re doing everything “right” but still can’t seem to get life to work. I’ve been there. After decades in service roles, raising kids, and being a caregiver, I hit a point where everything just felt too heavy. Enter: life crisis, followed by therapy that helped me find myself again. It also led me to recognize that my calling was to become a therapist and to help others find clarity, strength, and hope when life hits you hard.
